Ever since, ITN has experienced exponential growth on a yearly basis, evolving into an organization which employs over 120 people world-wide. In keeping pace with their growth, ITN has become dedicated to offering the most diversified product and services portfolio-allowing them to provide services to nearly any destination in the world! ITN fortifies their product portfolio through extensive recruiting efforts of professional and knowledgeable travel agents. This business model has allowed ITN to become recognized as one of the largest travel agencies on the west coast, booking over 13,000 airline tickets with a gross revenue of $15,000,000 in 2006.
Behind the scenes at ITN, their off-shore Information Technology team has developed state-of-the-art solutions designed to allow ITN to keep pace with the increasing demand of supporting over 70 travel agents, booking hundreds of tickets each week. In 2007, ITN has integrated customer support tools allowing for on-line bookings and a dynamic customer order status system.
For their three office locations in the US and in Europe, ITN is committed to seeking out dedicated and professional travel agents who have a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Regardless of their experience before joining the ITN team, every agent is required to graduate from a comprehensive training program that details the extraordinary nuances of the airline industry and international travel.
